ABOUT THIS COURSE

The "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" course offers a comprehensive exploration of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and its practical applications in personal and professional contexts. Participants begin by understanding the concept of EI and its significance, followed by an in-depth study of its key components: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Through targeted sessions, attendees develop skills in recognizing personal emotions, managing emotional responses, setting and achieving goals, understanding the perspectives of others, and improving interpersonal interactions.
