Leading with Emotional Intelligence 4.25
Online 4 hour class via Zoom
ABOUT THIS COURSE
The "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" course offers a comprehensive exploration of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and its practical applications in personal and professional contexts. Participants begin by understanding the concept of EI and its significance, followed by an in-depth study of its key components: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Through targeted sessions, attendees develop skills in recognizing personal emotions, managing emotional responses, setting and achieving goals, understanding the perspectives of others, and improving interpersonal interactions. Practical strategies are discussed to integrate EI into daily life and professional settings, promoting enhanced relationships, teamwork, and leadership. The course concludes with a review session, Q&A, and planning for continued EI development. Participants leave equipped with tools to apply EI principles effectively in various aspects of their lives. ** Note that all times listed are PDT ** Use code LEI425 through March 26 to save $10 on your individual registration fee.
