ABOUT THIS COURSE

The "Developing Trust in the Workplace" training course offers a comprehensive exploration of trust dynamics, focusing on building, maintaining, and repairing trust in professional settings. They delve into the components of the trust model, learning to demonstrate sincerity, maintain reliability, show care, and develop necessary competencies. Practical exercises and discussions help participants navigate the cycle of commitment and prevent miscommunication. The course also addresses strategies for identifying and repairing broken trust, including effective apologies.
